The Latin root of the word 'facilitator' means 'one who makes easier'. The role of the facilitator is simply to guide and inspire the meaningful exchange of information. This can be as narrowly specific or as broad and all-encompassing as the client desires. This is the basis from which iikon provides facilitation skills for any corporate scenario: creating a space and evoking an atmosphere where participants reach desired outcomes under the subtle direction of the facilitator.
