who are we?
The two principals of iikon are Di Rowling, who takes care of the visual communication (graphic, web design and photography) part of the business, and Ron Kemp, who specialises in facilitation, training and corporate management. iikon also taps into a rich associateship of skills, and can customize our services to meet every client need.
our principals
iikon's principal graphic designer, Di Rowling, along with having an undergraduate degree in Arts, and post-graduate qualifications in graphic design and desktop publishing, is also an internationally published author and keen digital photographer.
Di is also a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), where samples of her work can be viewed, in addition to the logos, stationery and promotional material samples on this site. She also offers royalty-free photographs for sale. If you wish to purchase an image, email us with the image number, and we will contact you with the price.
iikon's principal facilitator, Ron Kemp, is an accredited MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner, and utilizes MBTI concepts (based on identifying individual strengths and weaknesses) in facilitation scenarios, whilst also offering MBTI sessions for clients on demand. He is also an accredited NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, and member of IAF (the International Association of Facilitators).
